2. The Site provides Contents(as defined in Article 3.2) including methods for becoming a manga creator with Company, messages from world-renowned creators, success stories of overseas creators, Company's creator support systems, and information about upcoming manga awards.

1. All copyrights, trademarks, and all other intellectual property rights and other property rights related to the Site belong to the Company.
2. All copyrights, trademarks, and all other intellectual property and proprietary rights related to the books listed on the Site, including their titles, text, graphics, images, and other related information (collectively, the “Contents”) belong to the Company or to third parties who have legitimate rights.
3. Users shall not copy or reproduce any of the Contents. You may not allow the Contents to be viewed by an unspecified number of people for commercial purposes, nor may you transfer, reproduce, lend, or publicly transmit the Contents, or allow a third party to do so.
4. Legal action may be taken for infringement of copyrights and other rights.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

The Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive court of first instance for any and all disputes related to the use of the Site and these Terms of Use.
